Returns and Refund Policy

Your Order
If you are not satisfied with a product when your order arrives, please notify me by email within 5 days and I will send details of how to return your goods.

Items will be exchanged, or a credit note issued, providing that items are in the same condition as when you first bought them and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to me safely and not damaged in transit. Unfortunately, post and package costs are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us.

In the event of the goods being faulty we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods. Please obtain proof of postage when returning goods.

Returning Goods
When you place an order on our website and send payment, it is deemed to be binding. As Frankie Small goods are often made to order, I am unable to cancel or amend an order once it has been submitted.

Frankie Small reserves the right to ship goods within fourteen (14) days of purchase via Australia Post. If goods are to be shipped later than 14 days I will contact you. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more deliveries. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the go???

I ship from regional NSW using Australia Post. I aim to process your order within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Express Post orders received before 3.00pm are shipped the same day. Please note that Australia Post does not guarantee overnight delivery for Express Post parcels lodged at regional post offices, so your order is not guaranteed to arrived the following day.

International Customers
Shipping rates are based on weight, and are calculated at checkout\. I ship by Australia Post Express International, estimated delivery is 3-4 days to Asia and 4-7 days to the UK/Europe/US.

Frankie Small respects your privacy and will keep all of your personal details secure and confidential. Any information you submit is only used in order to process your order. Your personal details will not be sold, exchanged, or disclosed unless required by law.
